Follow these steps carefully for perfect results

Beat the chicken eggs in a small bowl until smooth. If desired, you can add your favorite spices or pepper directly to the egg mixture.

Grate hard cheese into a shallow plate. Add breadcrumbs and mix the mixture.

Place a frying pan on the stove, pour in vegetable oil and heat the pan. Dip the beaten chicken fillet first in the egg mixture, then roll in cheese shavings.

Fry the schnitzels on both sides: first on one side until a thick, golden-brown crust forms, then do the same on the other side.

Wash the chicken breast fillet and dry it with a paper towel. Rub with salt and ground black pepper.

Peel the garlic, wash it and crush it with the blunt side of a knife. Mix it with olive oil and a mixture of dried herbs.
