A very simple and homely dish. The whole family can eat it in one frying pan. Mexican cuisine is rich in hot spices and they fit in perfectly in this recipe.

Wash the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them and peel them. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into cubes or strips.

Add the chopped beef or minced meat to the onion and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes.
